Our faculty offers our students a wide range of research interests, and learning methods. Several of our staff is involved in the Initial Teacher Education program at WLEC.
Our adjunct and visiting faculty is well established in the community of scholars. Students are able to work with them on research projects and courses.

They understand each student’s individual needs, and adapt their teaching techniques to bring out the best in every student.

All our teachers are TESL qualified with minimum 5 years of teaching experience.
High School Teaching Staff
Bachelors and Masters Degree holders with minimum 5 years of teaching experience in their specialized fields.
University Level Teaching Staff
Masters or PhD Degree holders with 10 years teaching experience in their specific fields.

We do have a session of free advising by one of our teachers, every week for 15 minutes in order to discuss your problems. Please make sure you book in advance.

It is extremely important to have one on one session with our directors, so that the students can discuss their progress. Our directors will be able to conduct a small session of needs analysis with them so that the selected courses can benefit them as per their requirement.

WLEC conducts special ESL classes for the Immigrants to help them integrate into the society. In addition we provide special support programs for students in all subject area at any level so that they can upgrade their academic progress and attain their academic strength faster.

WLEC is able to focus and meet the needs of most age groups in order to help them achieve their goals and direct them to their focus. WLEC concentrates in helping students become independents learners by making sure their needs of study skills are well attended.

WLEC is also looking into the option of online teaching in order for their students around the globe to continue their learning support even after they leave the country. This option will also help the students to be connected with their tutors at any time convenient.
