LDAP stands for "Lightweight Directory Access Protocol". This is an open source, vendor-neutral, industry standard application protocol for accessing and maintaining distributed directory information services over an Internet Protocol network.
This shell script is used to query the IBM TDS/SDS Directory's LDAP monitor data collected from a monitored server and write specific information out regarding various statistical data. You will be able to get an good idea of the number of LDAP connections and Wait Max, Abandoned operations, binds and unbinds completed. This KEY data starts to give you a quick look at the overall performance of your LDAP. Zipped File with Source to be loaded in Linux/Unix environments.
